Of course, what Gidzilla meant was that the disunity being reported in the Cabinet back in 2008 was a threat to recovery.  Thank goodness we now have a Government comprising two parties which had startlingly different ideologies two months ago, unceremoniously yoked at the neck, with rogue elements of one of the members trying to shoot down the other, random discontinuities cropping up occasionally and the whole thing already starting to leak like a sieve.  Good luck with that, chaps.
